Shannon trained in martial arts as a boy and was motivated to become an IKF Light Middleweight Kickboxing World Champion. We talk about action and motivation in business, and how – along with his wife, Heather “The Hero” Hudson – he opened the first 9Round in 2008, growing the company to over 500 locations open and operating in 20 different countries around the world.
