Pat spent more than 20 years in radio broadcasting before leaving to found his small business consulting firm and ultimately the Idea Collective. When he’s not leading brainstorming sessions or speaking, he enjoys BBQ, golf, Crossfit and time with his family in Milwaukee, WI.
